Windward Compliance Corp was founded by David Cloutier and was incorporated in 1995.  David has spent his earlier years working through out New England in either a purchasing management role or as a sales rep and sales manager with various companies.  His career took him from selling lubricants, fuel oil, gasoline and chemicals to evaluating and purchasing products and equipment for a worldwide power generating company.  After decades in these industries David thought there was a need for a company to not only be a supplier to their customers but an advocate as well.  Windward Compliance Corp was founded on these principles.

Since those early days Windward Compliance Corp has built a career supplying Municipalities, Food and Beverage Industry, Contract Operators, General Contractors and Engineers with the information, chemicals, pumps and equipment they need to keep their facilities up and running not only efficiently but cost effectively.

Windward Compliance Corp is now proud to be supplying our customers from two locations in New Hampshire and South Carolina.
